How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

You always know where the project stands, what happens next and when it lands.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Day 1–2

Goals, audience and constraints are clarified first. You leave the conversation with a scope, timeline and fixed price, not a vague estimate.

  2. 02

    Design or handoff

    Week 1

Bring a Figma file for faithful implementation. If there is no design yet, wireframes and page designs are completed before development begins.

  3. 03

    Build

    Week 2–4

Development in the right tool for the job, with a staging link from day one. You see progress continuously instead of waiting for a reveal.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

    Launch week

Performance pass, SEO checks, analytics, cross-browser QA and deployment. Then a handover walkthrough and 30 days of post-launch support.

Client feedback

What clients say after a project ships.

Verified feedback from Conscious Rise clients on Upwork.

Tejinder stepped in and completed a part of my project that other, highly-rated contractors said could not be done.

Working with Tejinder is a breeze. He communicates clearly, responds quickly, and is proactive in his approach. For this project, he is building our Figma designs in Webflow across eight pages. So far, the implementation aligns well with the designs, and he shows good attention to detail in layout and responsiveness for desktop, tablet and mobile. He is structuring the project with reusable classes and setting up the Webflow CMS for Reviews and FAQs clearly. Interactions such as hover states, mobile navigation, and accordions are being implemented as expected. Tejinder is also working on SEO and accessibility, including integrating our accessibility widget for validation across pages. The project is still in progress, but the collaboration has been smooth and professional so far.

Working together

What you can expect.

The technical work is the easy part. These are the things that decide whether a project is a pleasure or a problem.

  • Clean, maintainable code

Typed, componentised and documented. The next developer who opens the repo, including future you, will understand it in minutes.

  • Clear communication

Updates you do not have to chase, written in plain language. You always know what is done, what comes next and what input is needed.

  • Reliable, on-time delivery

Dates are commitments, not guesses. If something threatens a deadline, you hear about it early, never after the fact.

  • Long-term collaboration

Support can continue past launch for iterations, new pages, features and future audits.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Which platform is right for my project?

It depends on who maintains it. Marketing sites that a non-technical team updates weekly do best in Webflow or Framer. Content-heavy sites with existing editorial workflows suit WordPress. Anything with authentication, dashboards or real application logic belongs in Next.js. The first conversation includes an honest recommendation, including when the right answer means a smaller scope.

How long does a project take?

A Framer or Webflow marketing site typically runs 1–3 weeks. A custom Next.js site is 3–6 weeks. Full web applications scope individually. You get a firm timeline before any work starts.

Do you work from an existing Figma file?

Yes. Existing designs can be built faithfully in Next.js, React, Webflow, Framer or WordPress, with missing interaction and responsive states identified before implementation.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a handover walkthrough and 30 days of support for fixes and questions. Monthly retainers are also available for ongoing iteration, new pages and performance monitoring.

How do you handle performance?

It is built in, not bolted on: image and font strategy, minimal JavaScript, server rendering where it helps and caching at the edge. Every site receives a Lighthouse review with clear before-and-after findings where applicable.
